JoinTommy Banksfor an exclusive dining experience alongsideWill Lockwood– now Head Chef at our sister restaurant, Roots York, and Executive Chef,Callum Leslie,with a menu of iconic Oldstead dishes that defined their era at the helm of The Black Swan. Expect favourite dishes including Tommy’s signatureCrapaudine Beetroot, alongside a reimagined version of his 10/10 Great British Menu dish, Douglas Fir, Sheep’s Yoghurt & Lemon Verbena and current classics such as Callum’sDexter Beef Rib Eye. We’ll also be welcoming shellfish back to the menu for these exclusive evenings, blending perfectly with locally grown produce in Will’sCrab & Asparagusdish.
The package includes an overnight stay in one of our beautiful bedrooms. Check in and take time to relax in your room with a chilled glass of Pol Roger Champagne before joining us in the restaurant for dinner.
