About This Event
Join Tommy Banks and Executive Chef Callum Leslie for the final instalment in their series of dinners celebrating Tommy’s growing seasons – three redefined seasons, rooted in the seasonal rhythm of the land that surrounds us here in North Yorkshire. Each dinner features a unique six-course seasonal menu, curated and prepared by Tommy & Callum.
The final chapter of the year sees autumnal fruits and root vegetables still available for harvest, but our attention begins to shift towards the transition of the seasons. As temperatures drop, the focus turns to preserving as much produce as possible. In doing so, we create exciting new flavours and ingredients, building a well-stocked larder to sustain us throughout the winter months.
